Come spend some time learning about birth & caring for a newborn.

Some topics we will discuss:

Making a birth plan, The Golden Hour, The process of birth, The roles during birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, Siblings, The first days home taking care of a newborn, Breastfeeding.
